SCV: How LEVERIS enables a 360-degree view of customers

Single Customer View (SCV) is both a feature and principle of the LEVERIS platform. SCV, sometimes referred to as Customer 360-degree View, is what you get when all information on a customer is combined, centralised, and presented as an exact view of each customer.

Unlike legacy systems where customers are often duplicated across different areas of a bank, SCV enables financial institutions to build a personalised picture of the customer and their journey, allowing the data gathered to be much more effective.

So how does this work on the LEVERIS platform? Well, it starts with a customer’s first point of entry to the platform when a record is created. After that, all data and products related to that customer are associated back to this record so it’s straightforward for operators and analysts to see what is linked to a customer. This forms the foundation for a 360 view.

From the homepage of the back office, it’s easy to navigate to the SCV where operators can perform a search for a customer using at least three characters of their name, email address or phone number. Once they’ve found and selected the right customer, they’ll find all their information in one place from where they will be able to make changes that will propagate throughout the system and in real-time.

It’s quick and easy to service customers as all information relating to their products and their details are there, giving the operator a full understanding of the customer.

All products, events and transactions are easily connected in the LEVERIS data warehouse, which allows customer reports to be easily derived. This empowers financial institutions to understand customer segments, behaviours and patterns with accuracy, providing them with key insights to enable more tailored and efficient services.

Here’s a summary of the key features of the SCV that your bank can use to better serve customers:

  • Quickly find and view all customer data in one place
  • Make changes to a customer’s information or products on their behalf
  • Create reports to derive deep insights
  • Search through communication whether in-app, through email or push notifications
  • Manage their notification preferences

SCV is just one feature of the LEVERIS Digital Bank, a cloud-native, end-to-end digital banking platform that can be tailored to your needs. For more on SCV, download our brochure or see it all in action by booking a demo today.
